Family Harbor Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms govern your use of Family Harbor’s website and services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.

3. What Family Harbor provides

Family Harbor offers organizational tools (checklists, reminders, folder templates) to help you coordinate planning. We are not a law firm, financial advisor, medical provider, or fiduciary, and the Services do not provide legal, tax, medical, or investment advice. Seek advice from qualified professionals.

4. Your content and Google Drive

You retain all rights to your files and documents. Your files live in your own Google Drive. You grant us a limited license to process metadata (e.g., checklist status, file links/IDs) solely to provide the Services.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: violate laws or third-party rights; upload illegal or infringing content; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with or reverse engineer the Services; or misuse the Services in ways that create undue risk. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

6. Payments, pilots, and trials

Paid pilots or plans are billed as shown at checkout (e.g., via Stripe). Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise. Prices may change prospectively with notice.

7. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Stripe, Airtable). Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Beta features

Pilots and beta features are provided “as is” for evaluation and may change or be discontinued.
