Family Harbor (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides organizational tools that help families plan and stay aligned. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and services.

Scope

This policy covers ourfamilyharbor.com, related subpages, and the Family Harbor services (the “Services”).

What we collect

• Account info. Name, email, time zone, and communication preferences.
• Service data. Checklist items, due dates, completion status, notes, file links/IDs in your Google Drive, and activity timestamps.
• Support & forms. Messages sent to hello@ / support@ / privacy@ and any intake forms (e.g., pilot interest).
• Usage data. Pages viewed, buttons clicked, device/browser, approximate location from IP, error logs.

We do not store your document contents. Your files (wills, insurance, etc.) remain in your own Google Drive. If you temporarily grant access for support, we will only access the minimum needed and revoke it after resolution.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services.
• Send service messages (verification, reminders you opt into, updates).
• Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
• Aggregated analytics to understand usage.
